Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will replace it at no charge.
Custom orders are final sale once production has begun. Please review your proof carefully before approving.
