Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are custom made and require 3-5 business days to produce before shipping. Rush orders are available for an additional fee and are produced within 24-48 hours.
Shipping Methods We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping times are as follows:
- Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight shipping: 1 business day
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.
Local Pickup Local pickup is available in the Chicago area by appointment. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a pickup time.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.
Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will work to resolve the issue.
