By placing an order with Precision Marks Engraving Co. you agree to the following terms:

Orders All orders are custom made and require customer approval of a digital proof before production begins. Once approved we are not responsible for errors in the approved design.

Payment Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Turnaround Time Standard orders are completed in 3-5 business days. Rush orders (24-48 hours) are available for an additional fee.

Intellectual Property By submitting artwork or logos you confirm that you own the rights to use them. We are not responsible for copyright infringement from customer supplied artwork.

Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
